All our prices are in NZ dollars.
We offer a refund on unwanted purchases if they don’t turn out to be what you expected, provided that they are returned in excellent condition within 7 days of despatch along with proof of purchase. Unless the goods are faulty, all returns will incur a 20% restocking and handling fee, so please choose carefully. Courier and postage charges are non refundable. Although we maintain strict control over stock levels, from time to time an item may be out of stock. In this case we will contact you to organise a possible substitute or back order, or a refund of the cost of the item if you prefer.
Beads Galore accepts no responsibility for goods lost in transit via non-tracked shipping options, ie standard post.
PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods are NZ bank transfer, cheque and credit card via Paymate.
If paying by Paymate please ensure that you return to the store once your Paymate payment is confirmed, by selecting the RETURN TO STORE button at the foot of the receipt page. Unless this step is performed your items will remain in your shopping cart and we will be unable to process your order even though your payment has been made.
If paying by NZ bank transfer, bank details will be emailed to you once your order is processed.
If paying by cheque, our address details will be emailed to you once your order is processed.
Orders will be shipped once payment is received.
NB: ORDERS NOT PAID FOR WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY DROP OFF THE SYSTEM AND NEED TO BE PROCESSED AGAIN. To avoid this inconvenience please ensure prompt payment if paying by bank transfer or cheque.
DELIVERY
Choose between standard post and Courierpost at checkout and the cost will be calculated automatically. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
SPECIALS AND PROMOTIONS
Please note that payments for orders placed during sales, specials and promotions of a stated time duration need to be received by Beads Galore within the period of the relevant sale or promotion, allowing for bank transfer processing times. Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery of orders in this category. Orders in this category that do not adhere to these payment conditions are subject to review or cancellation at our discretion.
