1. Maximum of 2 entries per person please.
2. All entries must be received by midnight on 30th April 2011.
3. No previous competition entries please. Your entry must be produced with either the "Autumn Glory" or "Winter Wonder" theme in mind.
4. There will be 2 categories - "Beginners" and "Open". Please specify in which category you wish to place your entry. If you are unsure, please contact Jo.
5. Entries may be jewellery or any project incorporating beads.
6. Voting will take place from 1st to 16th May.
7. VOTING RULES: Anyone may vote, strictly one vote from each category per person. Votes will only be valid if sent via email or our blog and must contain the voter's name, email address and a few words describing the reason for choosing that entry. Please note that we will no longer be accepting votes on our Facebook page.
8. There will be 1 winner from each of the 2 categories. The winners will be the entries with the most votes in each category as at 5pm on May 8th.
9. The prize for each category will receive a $50 shopping spree by way of a Beads Galore gift voucher. In the event of a tie, each winner will receive a $50 voucher!
10. *** The beads you use in your project do not necessarily have to be purchased from Beads Galore, HOWEVER - if the winning entry is made exclusively from our beads, the prize will be a $100 shopping spree / gift voucher !!! ***
11. You DO NOT need to be a customer of Beads Galore to enter this challenge, so you are welcome to share this challenge via your blog, website or other social media. Just copy and paste this url and share it as a link.
12. To enter this beading challenge please email 1 or 2 images of your design to info@beadsgalore.co.nz and include your name in the subject line. Please note that the best image size is 640x480 pixels. Please include a brief description of the materials and techniques used, suitable to be used as a caption with your entry.
13. All entries and photos will be emailed to our subscribers, listed on our blog and posted on Beads Galore's Facebook page.
14. Winners will be announced on May 9th and prizes awarded and sent out over the following 1-3 days.
